What does a Priority Access ticket allow?

Access 30mins before general admission to grab your preferred location.

Where can I buy tickets?

Follow the link on our website.

Can I buy tickets on the day?

We have a limited number of tickets for the whole event. If we have any left, they will be available to purchase on the gate, but we cannot guarantee availability.

Are children allowed?

Yes, we encourage children to attend.

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are NOT permitted at the concerts. Assistance dogs are allowed, please make sure that they are easily identifiable as working animals. Note the concerts can be loud and there are fireworks/pyrotechnics.

What if the concert is cancelled ?

In the unlikely event of the concert being cancelled prior to the event, full refunds will be issued.

Will it be cancelled if it rains?

NO unless severe weather or safety is a concern, the concerts will proceed. It is advised to dress appropriately and to bring an umbrella.

What if I lose my ticket ?

Please contact us via email to office@kamuroevents.co.uk phone 07585 137398 or speak to a staff member on the gate with proof of purchase and we can track you ticket to replace it.

I’ve not received my tickets, what do I do?

Tickets will arrive via email, please check your junk/spam folder. If you still cannot find them, please contact us via email to office@kamuroevents.co.uk and we will gladly assist in resolving this issue.

Do I need to print my ticket or can I use my smart phone?

Tickets can be shown on any smart phone or paper, if using a smart device then you must be able to download and save the ticket as a PDF for staff to scan and verify. Please ensure that you have downloaded your tickets prior to arrival, as we cannot guarantee sufficient mobile coverage on the site.

Is there parking on site?

Yes we have plenty of free parking close to the concert area.

What time does the car park open?

One hour before general admission. 30 minutes before priority admission.

Is there blue badge parking?

Yes, valid blue badges must be displayed.

Is there a taxi drop off pick up point?

Yes, parking marshals will direct taxis to the drop point on arrival.

Can we leave before the finale?

Yes, you can, but if you plan on leaving early, please consider those around you.

Can I return to my car at any point?

Almost, the car park will be closed at times for safety reasons (e.g. spitfire display) this will be made clear by security and members of staff.

There’s a large party of us, can we bring a coach?

Please liaise with the office by contacting us at office@kamuroevents.co.uk.

Can I bring a gazebo?

Sorry gazebos or large fishing style umbrellas are not allowed.

Should I bring a torch?

It would certainly help at the end of the concerts to locate your car easier. There will be tower lighting to assist customers in the car park.

Dress code?

Big, Bold, Funky, Patriotic, Fun, Vintage, or just as you please.

Are picnics allowed?

Yes at the Prom concert but NOT at the UK Queen concert.

Will there be food and drinks options at the concerts?

Yes, we will have a variety of artisan food and beverage options, keep an eye open for details closer to the concert.

Can I take photographs and video of the concerts?

Personal photographs and video is fine, but these must not be for commercial use or gain without written consent of the organisers. Please contact office@kamuroevents.co.uk.

Can we bring a bbq or stove?

Sorry no, hot food will be available via our Artisan Street food vendors.

Is smoking / vaping allowed?

Yes, but please consider other guests and only smoke or vape away from the main guest arena.

Can we bring fireworks / sparklers / drones or sky lanterns?

No sorry these items are NOT allowed.

What time is the Spitfire display?

The Spitfire display will be part of the musical programme accompanying appropriate classical repertoire within the first half (subject to weather conditions).
